Summertime has undoubtedly arrived in Portland, and it feels hotter than ever before. Portlanders do their best to stay cool; jump in the river, seek out a rare air conditioned building, or sip an icy beverage on a patio. Step 2: Brew mint tea using 1/2 cup of boiling water. If you desire a sweeter ice pop, mix in the sweetener of your choice. Once tea has sufficiently steeped, blend blackberries and tea together, pour into molds & freeze for approximately 4 hours.
Step 3: Enjoy your ice pop before it melts!
